Shipping Policies
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are shipped within 2-5 business days via USPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Escape and Celebrate cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our dispatch.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hilton Head Island, SC via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and distance the package will travel. Some products may have a flat shipping rate. Please reach out to us if you need your order by a certain date.
All orders are dispatched with ‘No Signature Required’ and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company. Escape and Celebrate is not responsible for any loss or liability or damage that may result from leaving your package at the shipping address without a signature.
What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to help resolve the problem. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal or the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We do not currently accept American Express, however you can use it if you process your order thru PayPal.
Will my order be charged sales tax?
Orders shipped within the state of South Carolina will be charged 7% sales tax.
